Went to the store on a Wednesday afternoon, around 4 PM. It was closed while it was supposed to be opened until 6 PM. No sign in the door, no announcement online…..that is not how one runs a successful local business. I was very annoyed. I tried calling a few times during business hours to find out if they had a bicycle part I was looking for. They didn’t answer so I had to do the trip to the store for nothing. I won’t try again.
Bicycles & Coffee’s Dak was incredibly knowledgeable about what equipment to buy and how to change a bike tube, etc. He went out of his way to ensure that the bike was properly set up and ready to go! Great store!

I come here once a year to get my bike looked at and unlike other places, they only charge you for what needs to be fixed. They’re always very kind and helpful
