Bicyclenation did an amazing job giving my bike an overhaul after it had been sitting outside unused for a year! They were really friendly and had great communications. They offer an excellent service for a great price- I would really recommend them and will definitely use them in the future :)
I recently purchased a new Synch bike from Bicyclenation. The team were brilliant. My bike arrived with some parts missing but the team dealt with this immediately to avoid me needing to return later. They were also patient with me chasing delivery times due to my boy’s excitement with our new toy! On top of all this, they’re a really friendly team. We absolutely love our new bike! Thank you!
Had a problem with the Nexus 8 speed hub on my Boardman Urban 8.9. Diagnosed and rectified within 24 hours. Exceptionally reasonable price, great service, good communications. Really pleased to find a cycle shop I can access for good quality service in this uncertain world!

Repaired my bike and charged me £40 for a new derailleur, but not the brand they claimed but a £20 version from Halfords. Greedy robbing …….feel free to fill in the rest I think they think I’m a stupid woman, who does not know better. I miss the 2 honest guys who had this place for decades
