Thank you great Customer Service. I plucked up the courage to go in and ask about upgrading to an electric brompton. Leo was so knowledgable about matching me up with the right Brompton. He also checked my tyres I actually needed a new rear one and was happy to swap it over for a new one on the spot. Look forward to upgrading with Bicyclenation for my next Brompton.
Had the strangest issue with my e-bike that made it impossible to ride. Forgot to ask names, but the mechanic and everyone I spoke to at the shop were super helpful and friendly despite how busy they were. They took time to investigate and find a solution for me. They then took the time to answer my questions when I picked up the bike and explained everything done. I am super grateful and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic all round service - My bike was picked up, serviced and dropped back at my home within a few days. The pick up and delivery was very helpfully organised around my work from home schedule. So easy! The service was to a very high standard even though I chose the basic package. Staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on the upgrades I wanted doing. Outstanding service, both customer and bike. It cannot be underestimated just how badly I had treated my bike. Over 5 years I neglected horrifically and did only the most basic servicing to keep it on the road. My chain was so rusty, had I used rust remover on it the entire chain would have vanished. I took it to Bicyclenation and within a week it was like brand new. I cycled to Brighton on it from South London and it was a dream.
