Bill is awesome. Other shops wanted a deposit and to hold the bike just to answer a very basic question, he helped me right there on the spot lubed the chain made a few recommendations of things I can buy and do myself and sent me on my way at no charge. He will definitely be my first choice going forward with any Bike issues
I was 15 miles into a 100 mile ride and got a flat on my back tubless tire. Bill was absolutely awesome and was able to fix my tire right away! He was so knowledgable and friendly. I will be driving the extra 25 minutes to get my bike serviced by Bill at Bicycleman of Erie from now on. Thank you so much Bill!!
I highly recommend Bicycle man Bill for all bike repairs. He did a complete tune-up on my Liv Avail bike, and it is better than it was when it was first built as a new bike! He is honest and trustworthy, and took the time to teach me about my bike.
I just moved to Erie and needed a bike mechanic to work on my old Campy Franken-bike and I heard Bill was THE MAN. Bill IS THE BIKE MAN. He is super passionate about all things bikes, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and communicative! I picked my bike up today after a solid tuneup and it’s rollin’ better than new.
