I bought a fathom 29r from Giants website and had it delivered to bicycle world to pick it up. Bicycle world was supposed to assemble and tune the bike prior to my picking it up. When I arrived their very nice receptionist greeted me and took me to pick up my bike from the technicians who delivered it to me as assembled and ready to ride. I didn't like the pedals that came with it so I purchased a new set and had a 20% off coupon for it so yay!.. It was time to upgrade to a new road bike. I purchased my last bike about 5 years ago from another shop in the area. After some research, decided on a Giant (I was riding a Specialized). Corey did a great job of explaining the finer points of the bike not found online, and the custom sizing was great. I totally recommend this place for a new bike, and the 2 free tuneups/ year is a nice value add. Corey was super knowledgeable and great to work with, and I'm glad I bought from here.
Stopped in just for a few minutes while in town. Super friendly staff and nice selection of apparel and accessories.
I have done some business at bicycle world Southlake recently-purchased a bike and shoes pedals, etc. I chose to do business with them because of their employees- Liesel and Boti. They both went above and beyond what I would have expected to be sure what I purchased was right for me and functional and safe. They were friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful.
