Took my son and his project BMX to the shop late this afternoon, they helped him replace what was needed and took the time to show him how a few things worked. They spent at least 20 mins working on the bike and only charged us for parts. Good old fashioned friendly service. Thank you!
Really bad shop the had my bike for 2 months not working on it at all and then decided to hand the bike back to me without working on it and made me pay $50 for taking up space in there shop
Stopped by to get my daughter’s brakes looked at, and they fixed them on the spot—completely free of charge! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back when my son is ready to buy his mountain bike. Great service!
I wish I could give negative stars for this disgraceful experience. This is without question one of the worst encounters I have ever had with any business. I took my bike in on a Monday for a repair, a new rear derailleur and a spoke replacement after a twig got caught in the wheel. I was promised a quote that afternoon and told it would be ready around Wednesday or Thursday if I approved. No call came.
