Walter was very attentive, understood our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right e-bike for us!! Highly recommended
Horrible customer service. Look at all those 1 star reviews. I wish I had read all the 1 star reviews first. The refund policy is several pages long so they have an excuse to deny you a return. Bikes are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Low quality products. I would never come back.
I just walked in yesterday and walked out with my dream E-Bike. Super nice employees, no pressure. I already knew essentially what I wanted and they delivered the goods!(Well not delivered, cause I was a walk in :*) I'll add another star after the first service. Star added. A little firmware update fixed my issues. Fantastic.
I had an amazing experience at Bicycle Warehouse in San Marcos. Walter was extremely helpful and kind when helping me find the bike I was looking for. I appreciate being treated with the upmost respect and patience throughout the process. I called beforehand to double check the bike was in stock and Walter was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this shop!!
