I came in the store to buy a Aventon bike. Instead I was told the bike was too big for me to ride. My intentions was to buy a(n) e bike & upgrade my ride. I don't know why? When I was having trouble with my Aventon charger, they went above and beyond to try and help me out and he opened a brand new charger from a brand new bike. Thank you guys so much for your help.
I went into Bicycle Warehouse to have a bike repaired and a young man came out to help myself my wife and my daughter. I have a background in customer relations so I pay attention to the details! I brought my bike in to switch out the pedals and Kurt Hoak was so kind and patient. He answered all my questions and even filled my tires up! I will be returning for all my tuneups- I really appreciate Kurt and customer care at bicycle warehouse!
