this place I strongly recommended, people help me in everything I need, they sale me a good bike and repair very well my others 3 bikes, the prices is very good

Granted, many of the bikes for sale here seem expensive, but I'm not a serious bicycle sport guy and don't know much about that. I take my bike there to be fixed when needed and after having been to several other area bike shops for repairs over the years I can tell you this place is the best. They treat you well, their prices are reasonable if not exceptional, and they do the job quickly. I asked if the numerous used bicycles outside had prices on them. "Well actually only a few of them are for sale, mostly they are customers bikes being serviced." Really? Twenty bikes chained together outside being serviced? No further information was offered, so I came to the conclusion that this place collects bikes, may or may not provide service, but is not at all interested in actually selling bikes. Don't know how they pay the rent. Not my problem.
Tried three times to spend my money here was treated with arrogance and disinterest. First time i went there, stood twenty minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence, walked out, tried later got same result, started to think I was invisible. Went again this morning was ten minutes before opening time and was snarled at, WE OPEN AT 10... That is fine, I went to Lauderdale Cycle on Oakland Park Blvd and he gladly took my $200. order and was not arrogant, leave these arrogant people alone !
I have been using the Bicycle Spot and Peyton for years. I have always received good service, honest options of what to do for repairs, and fast service. As cycle girl said it is much more down to earth than some of the pretentious bike shops that make me feel I am not quite good enough to go in to! I will continue to use them as my primary shop and repair shop.
The last review was completely off. Payton (the owner) is extremely helpful and will take his time with each customer to make sure they get what they need. He's also very honest and will let you know if you are wasting money on things you don't need. I value this shop more then any other shop in the vicinity...plus you don't get the 'I'm better than you' vibe you tend to get other places around here. Plus he is the most knowledgeable locally, especially when it comes to track and road bikes.
I needed a few parts for my bike they were not very helpful at all it almost seemed like I was bothering them and they have no return policy. I left empty handed and I wont be back
