I have taken two bikes to the shop for repair. In both instances, Tom was awesome. His communication on status was excellent and walked me through what was needed to repair my gears after it was damaged during my move. Now my bike is as good as new and my wife loves her new bike. Highly recommend this shop.
This was the 3rd bike shop we went to today. By far the most helpful and best customer service. Their enthusiasm for cycling really shows in the way they treat their customers. They stayed an hour past closing to finish our purchase and took additional time making sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you!
I bought my second E Bike there today. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially Burton. Couldn't be happier.
I went in last year to get a bike. The whole team was incredibly helpful, educated me and answered all my questions. I had been to more than one shop and they were by far the most helpful. Ended up buying a mountain bike, and love it! This shop came highly recommended and they did not disappoint.
I find it hillarious that people write bad reviews for getting flat tires. I ride every day.... sometimes I go a week straight getting a flat tire every day.
