I don't know a lot about bicycles, but my fortune-year-old's bike. Tire wouldn't hold air. And it was needed a tune-up so to speak. I called the gentleman I spoke to was super friendly super nice. He only does same-day service wow how amazing. So I dropped the bike off. I go to my dentist appointment. I come back and the bike is like new as far as how it rides.
