Grandy There are NINE bike shops in Chico, CA, a bike friendly college town. On numerous occasions, I have gone to or called every one of these shops, looking for a specific part. The usual response? "We don't have it but we can order it for you" Well, I can order it, too, and have it delivered to my house to boot! A couple of times the shop in Paradise has had a part that the Chico shops didn't have. Plus the owners are very knowledgeable and skilled as opposed to some of the Chico shop teenage mechanics.
Bike shop This is a wonderful bike shop in chico. They have a wide selection of bikes for any occassion. When we were looking to purchase a bike for my niece this is one of the places we looked at but unfortunately, their price was a little too high for the bike we wanted and it's use.
