Stopped in here while visiting Tucson looking for bike rentals and they could not have been nicer. They explained that they mostly focus on repairs and sales, but immediately pointed me over to Oro Valley Bike Rentals because they thought it would be the best fit for what I was trying to do on The Tucson Loop. Steve the owner and a young guy believe name was Matt. Were attentive. And handled my appointment on the phone, visit to store to assemble my road bike from a travel case with professionalism and courtesy. I’ll be back next year
We are relatively new to the Tucson area and were so fortunate to find Steve and son Tyler at Bicycle Ranch. My trusty 2018 Cannondale Synapse will be seeing some unpaved roads and a few long climbs in Northern Idaho this summer, so Steve ordered me a 46 / 30 Cannondale Hollowgram chainring set. We also replaced the Ultegra 11-32 rear cassette with a 11-34 unit - and did not have to change the rear derailleur. My tire blew out 10 mins before the shop closed and the staff let me come in and get what I needed to make the repair. They even stayed open a few mins late to make sure I was back on the road safely. The manager was great. Thank you!
