I stoped in for the first time today, and Tyler was so helpful. He fixed an issue with my bike immediately, and the repair price was very reasonable. He also took the time to talk through various bike hauler types. I’m so psyched to have found a new bike shop. I highly recommend Bicycle Ranch.
Extremely poor, disappointing service experience with this shop. Brought my wife’s bike in to have a flat repaired, and the tire went flat again before her first ride. Then, I brought my bike in for their Extended tune-up. They recommended new Gatorskins, which I agreed to, but they were not installed when they called me and said the bike was ready. The shop tech quickly installed them (over the old tubes) while I waited, but on my first ride I had a flat within 9 miles. Avoid this place.
I recently received a new Canyon by mail. It came with a few turning issues. After entering the store I was greeted by Tyler who was very welcoming, the whole staff was friendly and knowledge and got me fixed up for a reasonable price. They are the third bike store in town I’ve been to and I will be returning for future services, thank you!
Had a problem with my headset. Took the bike in and Mike jumped right on it. An hour later it was good to go. Excellent customer service.
