this bike shop is amazing, the owner went above and beyond to help retrieve a gas engine bike from greyhound bus station and pack for us and return to station so it could shipped we are very grateful for all they did for us would definitely recommend them
These poor souls must really hate thier jobs. They do not share the same enthusiasm i have about bikes nor did they show any interest in my needs or being friendly. they simply get one star because there is no (0 stars) .

The Bicycle Post in Greenville is not somewhere i would recommend anyone to enter or visit. The employees are not accommodating and are never friendly. They honestly do not care about their customers or their needs. Very unfriendly staff that makes individuals feel as if they are not welcome, non accommodating staff, no customer service in this quasi business practice.
