I just purchased my new road bike from Chris at The Bicycle Post a few days ago and I absolutely love it. The service there is fantastic. I have 4 children and I haven't ridden in years so I had my concerns but my bike is sized perfect for me and it feels so good to just get out there and do it! Thanks again! I will definitely be back for more accessories!
No customer service, unfriendly-non caring staff/manager – The Bicycle Post in Greenville is not somewhere i would recommend anyone to enter or visit. The employees are not accommodating and are never friendly. They honestly do not care about their customers or their needs. Very unfriendly staff that makes individuals feel as if they are not welcome, non accommodating staff, piss poor customer service in this quasi business practice.
