This place was a great help and had reasonable prices. I would definitely go back. I had a rear cog installed and a new gooseneck. Also they ajusted the breaks.I moved to nc and road the bike on a mountain bike trail and the breaks really helped.I will miss a place like this

We visited this shop recently and had a great experience. The employees were super helpful and did everything in their ability to show us the bikes we were interested in. We ultimately bought a bike brand from a different bike shop in town that Bicycle Outfitters didn't sell, but we were absolutely pleased with the customer service here.
I recently bought 2 bikes from the shop. One for my wife and me. The customer service is some of the best I have ever delt with in my life. The shop is well stocked and can easily order parts and bikes and obtain them quickly. I would rate this as the best bike shop in winchester. I checked around and spoke with all the shops. Hands down I would recommend this shop to anyone.
