After using this place for maintenance on my hybrid bike for a few years I'm totally disappointed he wouldn't check the gears on my electric bike.
My nephew had been getting left behind his friends on their daily ride to/fro middle school because his bike was broken. So I took it over to Bike Nerd and asked if he could fix it not knowing this is a very high end bike shop. It was like bringing a Honda into a Mercedes dealer lol. The guy said they really don't do that kind of thing but he was super cool and fixed it on the spot and charged a very fair price. My nephew was thrilled when I brought him his bike! They had the butcher tire I needed and installed it on the spot, which saved my ass on my mtb trip. Very mom and pop vibe and was clean and organized. Lots of e mtbs for sale which makes sense since the climbs in the area are brutal. Would definitely recommend this shop if you're in the area!
Dude don't work on Chinese crap. I think it's a capacity problem.
