Fabian is the man! He not only installed new Schwalbe Pro One TLE 30mm tires for me, but also installed all new Shimano brakes and rotors. The Swissstop Exotherm 2 D34 brake pads are a real upgrade over the stock pads, too. Overall, great friendly customer service that's timely and well-taken care of. Thanks Fabian!

After using this place for maintenance on my hybrid bike for a few years I'm totally disappointed he wouldn't check the gears on my electric bike.
My nephew had been getting left behind his friends on their daily ride to/fro middle school because his bike was broken. So I took it over to Bike Nerd and asked if he could fix it not knowing this is a very high end bike shop. It was like bringing a Honda into a Mercedes dealer lol. The guy said they really don't do that kind of thing but he was super cool and fixed it on the spot and charged a very fair price. My nephew was thrilled when I brought him his bike!
