Brought my bike in told them the exact issue but told me to look it up/go to another shop to find out because they didn’t want to look at the bike. They didn’t want to do a diagnoses themselves.
Excellent service and very helpful staff
I go to this bike shop often because it’s the nearest to my house, most often to change an inner tube when I don’t have time to do it myself, but I find the price for that service to be more expensive than other shops in the city. Twice when I dropped off my bike to be serviced, I returned after the time they said it would be ready, and they had totally forgotten about my bike and hadn’t even started working on it. Quality of the work is fine.
