BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD! – I went in to have my bike worked on I brought it out of the garage and it was all dusty and dirty and it did not really work all that good. So I decided it was time for some work to be done to it. So I took it down to my local bike shop to have it looked over. It took a little longer than I ecpected but when I got it back it looked brand new and worked better than new! I would highly recomend this bike shop to anyone who wants there old bikes to look nice and run smoother than new.
Never Never Never give this place your business – WHAT AN @$$#0!e. The man who worked there was indeed rude and just an overall b@st@rd. dont go into this bike shop for any reason whatsoever. AGREED-NEVER GO TO THIS RUDE, UNDERPERFORMING, LYING SHOP – This locale does not care about customer service PERIOD. I agree with all of the awful experiences listed below. They may sound like they're going to make a good deal with you but the do NOT follow through at all. Spend your money elsewhere. This shop will ruin your day.
Kind of rude – Just like the guy below me stated, they have a rude staff. I went there to buy a tire for my sons bike and they start rambling that they can't do it and they're too busy etc... I just would've liked the tire change Hopefully if you go there maybe they will help you if you're lucky
Rude, Nasty, Money Grubbing Thieves run the worst bike shop in LA – It was time to tune up the old mountain bike and get a little service. I've been dozen of bike shops back home in Texas and usually had a good experience. Well, that was about to change. The Trek had some dings and the gears were freezing up, so a tune up was in order. great equipment i purchased all the bicycles that i own from this store and i love each one. i was able to get great prices for them from here . they showed me all the different models that were available and i was able to ride them and test them. they also give me great post sale customer service.they are very prompt in their work and deliver in time.
The place to buy wheels and NOT need a license! Bicycle Land is the place to buy a bike you absolutely love but can't afford. When I came in to buy my Giant, they worked out a payment plan I could meet. The staff know their stuff, being avid bicyclists themselves. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll special order it--no extra charge. Bicycle Land is 'da bomb' of bike shops!
