They did me well. As a woman I was worried they were going to try to scam me as mechanics do. But I went in explained the issue they told me okay its this problem. They didn't try to get me to fix unrelated things. Were honest and nice to me and didn't judge as I badly explained what was happening. Fast turn around time. Great customer service. Fair priced. Would highly recommend.
I am new in town and this was the first bike shop I tried based on reviews online. Now I realize that there are sort of a handful only, probably from family and friends of the owner. My recommendation: trust your gut. If the person interacting with you looks miserable, rude, and does not want to talk about your bike…run away. The staff is not the most patient and friendly.
