The people that work here are 100% WORTHLESS. I brought my bike in to get a seat post, they didn't have it but they said I can leave my bike and pick it up when it arrives. I called every week to check and they always gave me the same bs excuse. They would tell me it will be about 2-3 days. Cut to 6 WEEKS LATER, NO SEAT POST! THEY NEVER ORDERED IT!
