Awesome people and excellent customer service! I stopped a few days ago but I haven't had time to write this. I was looking for some grease for my frame and dropper post but unfortunately they didn’t have the exact one I was looking for. This is my go to bicycle shop from now on. Reasonable prices, excellent quality, and services. I recently bought a new bike from here, a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I also am having a bicycle serviced here, and from what I was quoted compared to the shop closest to my house was reasonably priced. I will definitely be back. From Surprise, AZ/ WEST VALLEY. This place is definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend their business. Thank you guys! You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work!
I went in to look for a tubeless road tire and they couldn’t have seemed less interested. It was fifteen minutes to closing but I was specific about what I wanted and they couldn’t be bothered. There were no other customers in the shop; they just seem to be done for the day a tad early. This shop is within 2 miles of my house, but I always go to places 3 to 4 times as far away and this is why. I spend over $1000 a year on bicycle accessories and repair, but I won’t be spending it there
