Dave was super nice and very knowledgeable! He really went above and beyond in helping me with the parts I needed, shared lots of great info, and even noticed / quickly corrected a wonky wheel that I hadn't realized I'd installed wrong. My bike is riding great now, but I'll definitely be back for any future bike needs. Thank you Dave!

Once again, Dave excels! I lost track of time and scheduled a bicycle ride for last Friday, but I hadn't brought my bike in for its annual tune-up yet. I called Dave early in the week, somewhat panicked, to see if he could fit it in (since the weather is nice, business at the Depot has picked up!). The bicycle depot has what you need for a pretty pricey price. Also, they will love to talk over and down on you when you try to explain a contributing factor to a problem; however, they'll take care of your wallet instead of the issue when they don't quite fix it right and the thing will break the next time you ride. Post-response edit: Also, they'll creep on you with the account information in their files.
Tune up was dialed-in, reasonable turn-around time, and the freshest bar wrap my bike has ever seen. This place is the real deal.
