Brought my bike in for a tune up and bike fit - I couldn't be happier. Rides better now than it did when I first got it. Quick turnaround, fair price, and the owner is knowledgeable. Bicycle Depot KC has a customer for life.
I brought the bike in I'd purchased here a year ago for a tune up. I'd ridden over 1700 miles on this bike according to Strava. He replaced and upgraded brakes, a derailleur, various cables. The work was done the same day (same morning). Previously he had upgraded the chain and multiple bike seats. He keeps his customers, and their bikes safe. Prices were fair and itemized. Excellent & reliable service from an expert.

Amazing shop!!! Great prices and phenomenal service
We stopped in to get a voltage test on a battery. We ended up bringing 2 other e-bikes in for assembly, realizing Dave would do a better job than the big box guys. He was honest and thoughtful and super helpful. We'll be back when we need a tune-up or any other services.
