After shopping around at several bike shops, I purchased my first road bike here with Brooks. He was very helpful and informative. He gave me a run through of what the parts of the bike are called and even taught me how to change a tube/fix a flat (I knew next to nothing going in to the shop). I'm very happy with the bike (Jamis Ventura) and even happier that I know I can go back to the shop with any questions and/or needs.
