I’ve put up with this place long enough. When I bought my bike here in 2023, I was in the shop nearly every other week. Over time, I noticed a pattern: certain employees consistently tried to upsell me on “repairs” or “worn parts” that weren’t actually needed—always at inflated prices. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
I thought I needed an inner tube for my mountain bike but when the technician looked at it the tire only needed the glue that holds a tubeless tire against the rim. He proceeded to fix that, oil my chain, and I bought a new tripmeter that he installed. Bicycle Cove will be my forever bike shop!
