Needed specific parts that are largely out of stock for installing brake calipers. Originally called their Bothell location, and they had such good track of their inventory (new and used) across stores that, after taking my number down and calling around for me, they found the components at this location and held them for me. So grateful!
Great store! Staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Store was very clean and fun to be in. Brought my kids bike that I just got for him to get tuned up and they got it done before their estimated date. Very happy all around and happy to have a local bike shop to take my bikes too. Definitely coming back
