1st time last time ! Ridiculous charges for my E-bike service followed by zero care or concern when I shared a problem they had created with the bike that will now cost me extra to get back what I had. Little care for customer service, preferring to disregard genuine issue.
I had my ebike serviced recently and it runs like a dream, it even came back cleaned!
I had a tyre puncture and brought my bike to this shop for repair. The staff inspected it and told me the inner tube needed replacing, quoting $50. They also said they would SMS me when it was ready for collection. Later, I received a message claiming there was a 15 cm slash in the tyre and that the whole tyre needed to be replaced. I felt this was too expensive and declined the repair, telling them I would collect the bike the next day. When I returned, the staff/owner was rude and appeared angry. Shannon great person, good deal
Had been using Bicycle Centre South Morang for servicing needs and purchasing my son's first BMX. I then purchased my new XLAB AD8 through them and mainly had dealings with Shannon who had been fantastic through process of selecting what was right for me. He treats things with upmost passion and passes on his extensive knowledge making the process so much easier. The rest of the staff we're delightful to say the least. If your looking for a one stop shop for your biking needs this is the place to go!!
