After copping a flat tyre, bought a replacement tyre & tube here & was shown how to put a new one in. The bloke who helped also gave hints & tips of what to look for & how. Tube managed a hole the next ride, took it back & a different person found that it was a faulty tube so replaced this free of charge. Brilliant service & super knowledgeable & friendly.
A big shout out to Daniel and the team at Bicycle Centre Belmont. I drive past 4 other bike shops to see these guys, as their advice and service is second to none! More recently they have helped me out with a second-hand bike that I had purchased, after a couple of weeks it had a component failure and was out of warranty, they worked with the component supplier to get me a ripping deal on a replacement part that saved me a substantial amount of money. Daniel has gone above and beyond several times to help me find the right solution for me. In my experience, these guys are genuine. They won't try to up-sell you. They genuinely put in the effort to offer you the most cost effective options in regards to repairs etc. I have found my go-to bike shop!

Great service and so helpful. The team fixed a problem with my bike in a prompt and efficient manner. Despite them being quite busy, they managed to fix my bike that I hadn't bought from them super quick and at a really reasonable cost . Will be taking my other bikes in for any services or repairs.
