Great price for Al Mighty studded fat tires. Almost didn't buy from them as there are some fairly old poor reviews though it's very mixed. Price seemed almost too good. Decided it would probably be fine. Item shipped quickly. Easy to contact them when I had a question. Recent reviews look fine and I would certainly order from them again.
I ordered some tires that apparently were on backorder. I was contacted by Niel who asked me when I needed the tires. After our discussion, he arranged to have them direct shipped to me so I would have them on time. He followed up with an email and tracking. This was above and beyond customer service. Thank you!
Great customer service. Fast shipping. Had an issue after placing my order in the middle of the night. I emailed them and they replied back like 15 minutes after they opened! He fixed the issue and all is good! Will always check them first when looking for something.
