They fixed my relatively new Specialized Roubaix but went over and beyond. They let me know if my fix could be under warranty, clued me into the buttons on the top of the hoods that I could be using, just a wealth of information. Not to mention they’re friendly and of course if you’re thirsty well they got you covered there too.
The guys there are great. They always try and get me in and out in a timely fashion. I will continue to take my bike there for repairs and service.
