This place has exists for a very long time and one of the factors is their excellent customer service and support. They have great bike techs as well.

One of the best bike shops around – I live in central CA and was in the market for a high end Cervello S3, bicycle bananas was the only shop within 300 mile radius that had one in stock. Best Bike Shop In Reno – This is by far the best bike shop in Reno. They have more bikes and better prices than anyone else. Everytime I go there the employees answer all my questions and are very attentive. Sure, the shop is a little disorganized but this is becuase they have so much stuff! Plus, the new location they are moving to next to Pet Smart will fix that.
This bike shop is horrible! – Serious bike riders do not go to this shop. I made the mistake of going there when I first got to town. The shop is totally disorganized and smelly too. The employees hate the owner which shows in everything they do. People generally work there a few months and quit - the whole place turns over regularly. There are lots of good bike shops in Reno so don't make the same mistake I did.
"best bicycles and best costumer service" – They have the best bicycles and the best costumer service, I love my bicycle and I wanted new parts to replace old parts so I just called this guys and they took care of me right away and sent me the parts the following day they are great especially Paulo.
