Excellent service and friendly staff. Had my bike tuned in Nov and squeaky brakes fixed. Last week didn’t make a turn on an unfamiliar path and 🫣. I took bike right in, and Matilda and Richard were very helpful. Richard had bike ready to go the next day with repairs and safety check complete. Bike riding great, now to get my coordination improved. Thank you Richard and Matilda.

Went in to get my wheel truid and get some advice why my chain comes off on 2nd gear. I returned to pick up my bike and Richard replaced my chain without asking (I have a new chain at home). The job went from $25 to $116 and my bike is unrideable now. The chain skips when pedaling now. My back wheel was untrue and my 2nd gear was not usable yet I was able to pedal it to work before.
