Friendly and try to get you the most cost effective deal, however our floor installed almost 3 months ago and they're now ghosting us about a transition strip to match the floor that they'd promised us they'd order and fit. 3 months later still sat here with a gap in the floor between rooms, both of which have floors ordered and fitted by bickleys.
