Was a worker here and the other workers would try and pick fights over ridiculous things . And the laziness of some employees it's heartbreaking..I went in to help get a resident ready for a shower after first shift left and noticed the man used the bathroom he was never wiped down and had feces stains...The lack of care from some of these staff members is crazy.And most of these reviews are from staff members as we are forced to write a review on orientation day...would even trust my dog to this place.would give it no stars... read more
My father was there for a few months and no one was there to talk to when I needed them, you were always understaffed. He wasn't taken care of like I was told he would be. I would not bring my dog there to be taken care of. You r expensive for the care that them people don't get. I would not recommend this place to no one.
Amazing staff! Great place for loved ones! They truly care and it shows
When I visited a friend living at this facility, there was no staff response to the buzzer to let me in. A resident came to the door to admit me. I also observed another resident in a wheelchair in the hallway not wearing any pants. He told me he had been requesting help to get dressed for about a half hour with no response from staff. I went to find a staff person to assist him, and it took me several minutes to find anyone.
