Absolutely do NOT use this firm. The worst communication, and they will take your case and go MIA. No follow through and sometimes rude. I don’t care how big or small your case is, heed with caution or find different help.

I have tried twice to obtain help with a fairly straightforward issue with the City of St. Louis. Despite enthusiastically accepting my inquiries, Kistner and son failed to follow up or provide any services whatsoever. First time, I chalked it up to the pandemic, but the second time?? Very poor customer service. At least they didn't charge me, so I got exactly what I paid for. Nothing.

I was referred to them by a friend who I love and trust. However, dates for information that they set would come and go with no communication. I was dealing primarily with the son, who was kind, but also felt like if I was given dates to expect communication, that I should have at least gotten a “sorry it’s taking longer than expected” message.
