Knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff. Good mechanics who go above and beyond, whether the bike is an expensive road bike or less expensive commuter. Reasonable prices.
Terrible service, not willing to help person in unfortunate situation. Was biking today from Horseshoe bay to South Van and when I was about a 1/3 of the way got a nail in my back tire. So I googled for nearby repair stores and unfortunately this one is the ONLY store in the West Van. So I pushed my bike to the store over 10 blocks away to get some help, but instead help, the staff there said something about appointment and that they wouldn't do it because they were all booked.... I'm new to West Van.. popped in to Bicicletta today to replace my old Bell helmet with a fancy new upgraded Spec model. Excellent customer service, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will be going back for sure!
Julien has been patient, helpful, and responsive when working with me during COVID-19. He was willing to work with me over email and answer questions after looking at pictures representing my questions. Thanks for the great customer service!
