I have been calling for Three weeks asking for an appointment for my daughter who is grieving the Loss of her Father. Every time I have called I have explained the seriousness of the matter. Each time I have been told by the receptionist that She will call me back before end of day and it never happened. I called and was told who would be counseling my child but that she never would reach back to see availability. If you are taking your mental health seriously this wouldn’t be the place to go to. My experience with Lighthouse was mixed. I hesitate to leave a review, but counseling qualifications, philosophies, and modalities are all very confusing when you are initially in a place of crisis seeking help, and I wish I had known what I will share. Lighthouse was very accommodating regarding scheduling, billing, etc. The counselor I interacted with was very empathetic and a good listener and patient. He provided good insights.
