Having had the same tax consultant for 39 years, before he retired, the thought of finding someone new was a bit overwhelming. But we knew what qualities we were looking for. Everyone we dealt with at Bible was pleasant and professional. Questions were asked and the information was documented. Any employee picking up our folder was on the same page with the information provided. Taxes were done in a timely manner and the end package was complete to get us through the year and return as a repeat customer next year.

Friendly receptionist otherwise it was not a good experience. They would never schedule an appointment to go over taxes. They would wait on us to call, and then say they had a few questions (which were then fielded through the receptionist again).
