Exceptional customer service. I called on a sunday evening when they were closed due to a broken prop on my moms boat at Shenango. He quickly returned my call and said he will call around and find the part for us. Monday comes around and the communication was excellent, he kept us informed every step of the way. He even offered to repair the broken prop as a backup. He stayed late to make sure we were taken care of and the boat was ready to go within a few days. I would highly recommend this team.
