We have owned our pontoon boat for 3 years now and have received excellent service from Bianco Marine. Last year we had a miss in engine and our daughter and grandchildren were coming home that week to visit expecting to go boating. Went there with my pontoon boat have an Evinrude 88 special to clean carbs cuz I had a fuel issue spitting fuel in water got the boat back after $700 repair and the boat was worse than when it was when I took it took it back the second time and still the same problem. Spent another 300 and it's worse then it was. Keeps telling me to bring it back live a hour away ask for him to come to me where boat is at to show what it's doing and just says bring it back. buddy of mine had work done on his boat. told him the price was gonna be $150-200 bucks. he called them back 2 days later and was given an outrageous price of $440 without a single phone call or warning. they claimed it was because “we had to take it apart and clean the carburetor twice” because the dude cleaning it didn’t do it right the first time. he paid them anyway and took the boat out only to find a leaking gas line, nor was it running right to begin with. he barely made it back to shore. upon contacting them about it... read more
