Very disappointing experience at Bianca Amor’s Liquidation Super Centre. The worst part is their exchange policy. The receipt clearly says you can exchange items within 30 days or get a gift card refund, but when you go to the store they don’t follow what is written. The staff are also very rude and not helpful. On top of that, most of the products are very poor quality. I do not recommend this store.
Customer service was also very poor. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers, and when I asked a simple question, it felt like I was bothering them. The overall atmosphere of the store felt chaotic and unprofessional. One of the most frustrating parts was their exchange policy. The receipt clearly says you can exchange items within 30 days, but when I tried to exchange something, they refused to help and did not allow an exchange or refund. This is very misleading and unfair to customers.
There's A LOT of items here! Make sure you give yourself time to shop around.
This is a good location next to T&T supermarket and lots of good selection at reasonable prices. Every Tuesday is Seniors discount day(25%off on food & drinks).
