Tried to exchange a shoe stand for a new one because it didnt come with all the parts?? Why have something advertised and not make sure all the pieces are in the box?? Wasn't allowed to exchange it without the receipt but I didnt think I needed to keep the receipt as I thought ALL the pieces were in the box as displayed. Never going here again, all items inside packages can't be guaranteed
