We deserve clean seats....this is terrible 16 to Shrewsbury and I know your agency gives Kirkwood routes better transit buses, cleaner, definitely working scan stations since we pay for qr codes. Please hold paid staff accountable because when I applied I was manipulated 🥀 CLEAN OUR BUSES PLEASE. COVID WASN'T THAT LONG AGO.

These guys are garbage. Bus drivers on more than one occasion have looked right at my autistic brother and driven on past and its happened on the last bus of the day several times, leaving him stranded at 1130 pm at night and having to be picked up. Calling gets nothing done. They really do not care.

Since I can’t give a review at North Hanley, I‘ll give it to you here. Your drivers really need to leave on time and stop flapping their chops when they are supposed to leave at a certain time. New drivers or old drivers need to new routes don’t matter. If the bus is suppose to leave at say 7:50am and the driver is standing there caking with another driver and it’s 7:55am there’s absolutely no excuse that would suffice. This is not a one and done.
