Went to the Black Rodeo today. Metro was servicing the track on the red line between Grand and Forest Park. Shuttles were provided to transport riders from one stop to the next. So, why did the 1st shuttle driver drop several riders at a non-working Metrolink station? Why did the returning shuttle driver missed the station entirely? From North County, it took us 2 hours to reach midtown. The return trip took 2 hours, 15 minutes. I'll also call in to complain about the service!

Think of N Broadway as you do the 70 Grand routes. **ANY CLOTH SURFACE SEATING NEEDS TO BE DEEP CLEANED AND DETAILED...IF NOT REMOVE THE BUSES WI... read more

Drivers also need to slow down, manage proper breaking at stop signs and also manage their time better when arriving/leaving a station. Thank you for being professional with the service you are getting paid to provide... read more
