I bought a leather rocker from them in 2009. It needed some repair ( broken spring and a couple of bolts) Repairman came and fixed it ( took about an hour) and we were not charged for it. Good products and service.
If you’re looking for warranty or exchange your item don’t buy here !!!
Do not buy from this place. I bought a fridge and two weeks in fridge has problems. Call them up to get an exchange. They told me no exchange I have to go through warranty. Every other store accepts returns and exchange within a time period. Month later, I’m still waiting to get the fridge fix. These people are crooks.
