Self check lanes are the worst thing to happen to customer service since the automated phone system. If BiLo can’t keep people employed at regular registers then I will go to Publix, Food Lion, Ingles or Aldis where they always have a manned register open and provide good customer service.
cashiers are never polite. everytime I have asked for help loading my car i never get it
