My experience has been great! My stove was due to be installed tomorrow, but they had a cancelation for today and offered it to me. They were very professional but down to earth and very kind. I am sure I will love my new pellet stove ! I am anxious to use it tonight! I 1000 % recommend Bi county stoves ! Editing to add that that these guyssmell did not pressure me at all. I recently purchased a pellet stove from Bi-County Stoves & Backyards. It was hands down the easiest shopping experience I’ve ever had! No pressure, tons of knowledge, and great personalities! Install was a breeze! And my new stove looks beautiful! I highly recommend this company!
Excellent service. I was prepared to buy a new stove. Brian made a house call and was able to fix my existing stove vs selling a new one. Completely trust the advice and service from Bi-County Stoves & Backyards.
A absolute pleasure working with these guys. Live our indoor wood insert. Not only did they install the system properly- the communication was top notch. Great Family owned company. Lots of selection, Great Showroom. Will definitely be doing more business in the future.
