Very Very Unprofessional. They don't bother to answer your calls or reply to your messages. My tax got revised twice since they launched last year There is no ZERO star otherwise would have chosen that rating.
Not picking up the phone. Asked him (Kuresh) to close down my business, but he didn't closed it yet. I ended up in paying $397 as annual fee for ASIC and $245 for iCare insurance. Now I am doing it by myself. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
