Terrible. They are sketchy and will ghost you. They won't communicate for anything and if they do respond, it's a generated response. Spent a literal year trying to get them to change my bank account the payment comes out of - never even able to them to change it.

Horrible service!!! They are scammers dont trust them!!! Its been a week they should have give me the radiation confirmation from the possession of my car. Telling me excuses like its confidentiel, while the RDPRM has confirm to me thar none of the information should be confidentiel to me. Now they dont answer my calls or emails. Scammers!! Complete waist of my time and money!! If you think about them to help you with your financial problems, stay far away!! They will make everything worst for you
Stay away, customer service is horrible. They will say it’s because I can’t afford to pay but they have received every payment from me it’s just the first 3 months I had to e-transfer because they did not update my banking information when I gave it to them. They blame this on me although I’ve sent them every email showing I gave them my new banking information they just tell me it’s because I didn’t have funds in the account, but I’ve now shown them proof that they were not taking it from the account that I provided.
