Thank goodness for this store because I was really struggling in my dress search. The collection may be small, but it is very thoughtfully curated. I was having trouble finding a dress that felt "me", and in many ways BHLDN offered more style variety than I could find in other, larger stores. Other big perks are that shipping times are fast and the team here is so great to work with. Walked into the store today. Looking for a white gown, not a bridal gown. Had a salesperson walk up to me and tell me that I could not try it on because it was a bridal gown and that I needed to make an appointment to try on a bridal gown. I’m in the store, the dress meets all the criteria of the gown that I need but I can’t try it on? After some previous difficult dress shopping experiences, this was a breath of fresh air. My consultant, Anna Elizabeth, was phenomenal. She was so attentive, reassuring and just so kind. She gave me so much support and was the ultimate hype girl without swaying me one way or another. She really listened to what I had to say but also helped me feel in control of what dresses I wanted to put on. I had a great experience here!! Everyone in the BHLDN was super friendly and welcoming. My stylist was very encouraging, helpful, and so sweet! I tried on about 7 dresses and ended up finding the one!! I did do my research before and pulled dresses that I found & liked from the website, highly recommend doing that beforehand. Overall, great experience and have always loved BHLDN dresses even before getting engaged. Such a dream come true to have this dress for my wedding!
Anthro itself is a cool store, and I’ve shopped there many times over a number of years, which is why I thought of BHLDN when it was time to look for my wedding dress. When we got there, the first thing we noticed is that BHLDN is just a small section within a normal Anthropologie store, which was unexpected.
