After a lot of searching for a particular patio set I wanted I found the correct one with BHL at a competitive price and free delivery. After placing my order I then get an email from them telling me they can't offer me free delivery and in fact the total cost for delivery was going to be £80. I declined and they then suggested they pay half the cost, still meaning I was going to have to pay an additional £40 when I had placed the order in good faith with the expectation I was getting free delivery. I've used BHL for almost a year and received nothing but excellent service, quality products and very fast delivery. Can't recommend them enough!
BHL were great apart from using Evri for delivery who were poor. My parcel was showing as collected from BHL and stayed that way for 6 days. It only changed after contacting BHL to escalate it with Evri. It would be good to have a choice of parcel company. Happy to pay more to not use Evri.
