Interest rates are insane. They will give you a good amount of money only if you are willing to pay 20% or higher in interest. Company is a joke and waste of time
BHG Mortgage Lending is now my “go-to” lender. Their application process was thorough though it didn’t drag on and on like other loan applications I’ve experienced. Ms. Anne maintained A+ communication with me as federal interest rates increased multiple times during my refinance. I would recommend all serious investors check out BHG.

Anne King never returned any of my wife’s calls regarding her refinance for an investment property. Anne told my wife that she will help her, ran her credit and stopped answering her emails and phone calls. It’s been since June and still no word from Anne King. Anne King tells false lies of hopes stating she will help you and never answer a call from you again. I have emails to prove it too! I do not recommend BHG MORTGAGE find another servicer ASAP!
