Long covid relief! I am receiving craniosacral sessions with Stu for cognitive symptoms of long covid. Each session has been a significant step forward. Stu is a gifted healer, an attentive listener, and highly skilled. Stu has also been a tremendous help with physical issues including TMJ and neck tension. The session itself is very relaxing and I feel calm and "floaty" afterwards. Incredible. I'm struggling with nervous system regulation due to multiple chronic illnesses and it was the first time I was ever able to relax and even FALL ASLEEP during body work. My body is normally on edge and doesn't trust or relax during things like this so I was honestly super shocked. Stu is comforting, relatable and even really funny! I highly suggest seeing him

I've had several Craniosacral Therapy sessions with Stu Snyder and I continue to be amazed by the results every time. The numbness, tingling and burning nerve pain in my right leg caused by damage to my lumbar spine by an auto accident seem to have diminished enough to allow me to sleep through the night. I only wish I had met Stu before; I know I would be in better shape today. Can't thank Stu enough for his wonderful healing hands and his kind and caring ways!!
Stu has a gift and was very transparent in setting expectations of what to expect and making sure goals were aligned before he got started. It was a rejuvenating and informative session.
